Working in an equity role as a co-developer, The Vision Group worked with the city of Johnson City to form public/ private partnerships to develop 5 buildings on Tipton Street into a $6 million mixed used project consisting of 28 apartments and 40,000 sf of retail space. Utilizing historic tax credits and tax increment financing this project became a reality in 2009. Miller developed Tipton Street through a real estate development company she founded, URA.
