The Second 50 Group, a rental CCRC developer based in Birmingham, AL, tasked The Vision Group with a goal of identifying and securing three new project locations per calendar year. Site Selection services were executed on projects in Charleston, SC, Bluffton, SC, Columbia, SC and Knoxville, TN.
