Identifying opportunities, negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements and delivering Due Diligence Packages including Architecture and Engineering feasibility studies, Market Research and Financial Pro Formas. The Miami Heart Institute involved a six month Due Diligence period, while the property was under contract at which time in collaboration with Freeman White Architects, Charlotte, NC and Pepper Construction, Chicago, IL a thorough building analysis and schematic plans for a 200 IL and 85 bed AL/SNF were developed. Other site locations involved work in Wilmington, NC, Bluffton, SC, Orlando FL and Van Nuys, CA.
