The decision to keep the high school in downtown Greeneville was not without much community debate. The results, however, are a decisive victory for the city of Greeneville. The 180,000sf high school with additions and renovations is home to a student body of approximately 800.

Finishes include a high impact sheetrock with paint coating and linoleum flooring that adds a depth of character in a sophisticated palette, creating a school which presents more of a college brand than that of a high school. The furniture package, with a combination of state contract and bid document, as defined by the Vision Group, was broken into phases totaling more than $750,000. The “cafe-cafeteria,” auditorium, and state-of-the-art classrooms, all combine to present an image of excellence the students and faculty live up to.
