Memory Care of America in conjunction with Gould Turner Group, completed several stand alone memory care facilities in Texas, Arkansas and South Carolina utilizing the Vision Group Studios for site selection and entitlement, research based marketing material, subject matter expertise in design of memory care facilities and FF&E specifications and procurement. In addition to content for an informational brochure targeted to families, we developed a clinical training guide for CNA’s that followed the Memory Care America Way of providing resident centered care in a safe environment. We assisted in establishing national contracts with some vendors and facilitated a competitive bid process for the balance of the furnishings. In addition, the housekeeping, dietary, therapy, nursing, laundry, maintenance, activities and all appliances and OFCI items were budgeted and specified by The Vision Group.
