Through a Visioning process with management, staff, residents and family, core values were defined allowing the design to organically develop. Health Center portion of the renovation, focused on providing all that home provides: privacy, choice, autonomy and pleasures in daily living. If family members feel more welcome and positive about visiting they will remain more connected creating health-care teams, where the residents and their families take a more active part in wellness working in tandem with staff teams.
